30 Day Returns PolicyWe are all about keeping the customer satisfied. If you are not happy about your purchase or product we are here to help.
Eligibility ConditionsPlease read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Spearaus reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 10% restocking fee.
- All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box. Please also include include any packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. We can only refund or exchange products provided they haven’t been used in the water and in the original new condition. Of course we need to sell it to someone else who may want it and they want it the same way you did.
- Spearaus is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. If its embarrassing, we promise we wont stitch you up, we’ll destroy or send it back at your cost.
- Spearaus is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the use of any merchandise bought from us including lost or stolen equipment. If you steel from us, and something bad happens to you its probably karma.
- Spearaus is not responsible for mis-handling of products or ill-treatment of goods. You break it you bought it.
- Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. We don’t give you any longer than that to try your luck.
Final Sale & Non-returnable Items
- Purchases via sales or promotion that are of a garage sale type nature cannot be exchanged or refunded. We may consider a store credit if we are fault in supplying the product.
- Clearance product from our regular sales are eligible for return or refund. Exchange as long as stock is available of same item.
- Special order products or items we customise specifically to your requirements or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable is as such.
Returns & ExchangesSecurely pack all items that you would like to be returned and post mark via registered mail with tracking info as we are not liable for shipments which may go missing during transit. Please include the following with your package:
- Return must be accompanied with your receipt. If we remember selling to you or you our mates we may consider letting that slide.
- Detailed note as to the reasons of the return must be provided.
- All items must be returned in original/unused condition. As we said above we need to sell it to someone else.
- Instructions as to whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
Unless an item is defective, if you would like an exchange, our standard freight charges apply. If you would like to make your own freight arrangements we will need to be notified at the same time as the exchange or return query is made.
